THOMAS (THOM) ALASCIO
Thom Alascio, Sr. Partner, Founded Palermo Rhodes in 2011 after having spent 14 years with Nationally Recognized search firm Peterson Consulting Group in South Florida, the last 6 of which as Managing Partner of the firms Engineered Products and Consulting Engineering divisions.
Prior to joining Peterson Consulting Thom was a Beverage manager for Ocean Grill inc, PGA National and Disney Village properties.
Thom has been recognized as a top search consultant in both the industry he works and executive recruiting as a whole. He is a highly skilled, tenacious and professional executive recruiter with deep connection in Engineered Products and Engineering Consulting.
In his spare time Thom enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He is also an avid rugby player and, depending on the weather skis and surfs.
