As a Project Engineer specializing in Transportation, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of civil engineering design and analysis for transportation planning and design projects. Your keen eye for detail and innovation will guide junior staff, while collaborating with other technical experts from various disciplines. You’ll also take the helm as a Task Manager or Assistant Project Manager, ensuring project success through budget and schedule management, as well as client interaction that leaves a lasting impression.

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering sets the foundation for your extraordinary journey.
• If you already possess a Texas PE license, that’s fantastic! If not, fear not, as we’ll help you obtain one within 6 months of joining our exceptional team.
• Your 5-10 years of engineering design and plan production experience will be the driving force behind your success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bentley design software will enable you to unleash your creative genius.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills will ensure seamless collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will catapult you to the front of the pack:

• TxDOT precertifications will demonstrate your expertise and familiarity with their roadway design projects.
• Previous experience working on city and county roadway design projects will be a valuable asset as you navigate our exciting endeavors.
