Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of construction products to the commercial and industrial construction market. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch products and services to the construction industry. They are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join the team in Sacremento and drive our sales efforts with general contractors, steel fabricators, steel erectors, and other construction professionals.
Total Compensation: $70,000-$95000+
Base:$68,000-$79,00
Commission: $1,000-$3000 monthly
Profit Sharing:10%+

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote the company's values, ensuring a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Drive business development initiatives targeting steel fabricators general contractors, engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring professional and timely communication throughout all stages of the sale and project.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, fabrication, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong, loyal relationships with the current client base under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers.
- Attend meeting and get together of trade association and meetings to better understand and integrate with the market and potential clients.
- Be able to read and interpret blueprints, versed in all office programs, and communicate with clients at all levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction civil engineering, business or similar.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Solid understanding of the overall construction process.
- Experience with estimating software like BlueBeam
