Melanie Marshall, Engineering Recruiter, has over 15 years of experience in recruiting. She started her own boutique firm, Pierce Dane, specializing in technical recruiting within IPOs and other Silicon Valley-based companies, with success in growing sales and engineering teams. She currently handles all aspects of recruiting within engineering (civil/structural) consulting firms nationally, as well as assisting the Engineered Products team in engineering and sales.
Melanie has lived on 2 continents and has attended Johns Hopkins and George Mason Univ. In her spare time, Melanie spends time with her family on the beaches of Florida’s east coast.
