MELANIE MARSHALL
Melanie Marshall, Engineering Recruiter, has over 15 years of experience in recruiting. She started her own boutique firm, Pierce Dane, specializing in technical recruiting within IPOs and other Silcon Valley-based companies, with success in growing sales and engineering teams. She currently handles all aspects of recruiting within engineering (civil/structural) consulting firms nationally, as well as assisting the Engineered Products team in engineering and sales.
Melanie has lived on 2 continents and has attended Johns Hopkins and George Mason Univ. In her spare time, Melanie spends time with her family on the beaches of Florida’s east coast.
