Mike Lanzaro
Mike, Construction and Engineering Recruiter, is the newest addition to the Palermo Rhodes team. His passion is guiding everyday people into their dream careers. Be it an entry-level worker or executive, Mike strives to connect candidates with life-changing opportunities for career growth in top engineering and construction industry firms.
Prior to his career in recruiting, Mike worked as a Research Associate at the Yale University, School of Medicine and as a Biochemistry Laboratory Assistant at the University of New Haven. He holds a BA (Hons) in Clinical Psychology and is currently completing his MBA in Human Resource Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
In his free time, Mike enjoys playing with Junior (his golden retriever), outdoor exploration, and serving the lower Naugatuck Valley area as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B).
