Branch Manager
Location: Normal, Illinois
Base salary: $95,000–$105,000, plus eligibility for a management bonus
We're recruiting a Branch Manager for an established uniform and workwear service provider. This person will lead the branch's Route Service and Office Administration teams, with responsibility for customer service, employee development, daily operations, and financial performance.
You'll report to the Division Director of Operations and work closely with the production plant to make sure customers receive reliable, on-time service. This is a hands-on role for someone who can coach a team, solve problems, and take ownership of results.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, train, and develop the Route Service and Office Administration teams.
- Improve customer retention and support revenue growth through strong, consistent service.
- Coordinate with the production plant to resolve issues and keep deliveries on schedule.
- Manage branch revenue, costs, margins, and budgets.
- Set clear expectations, track performance, and improve day-to-day processes.
- Maintain a safe workplace and address customer and employee concerns promptly.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, sales, or service.
- Experience managing financial results and using reports and data to make decisions.
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to meet DOT physical qualifications.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute.

The base salary range is an estimate. The offer will depend on experience, qualifications, and other applicable factors.
