Thomas (Thom) Alascio
Thom Alascio, Sr. Partner, Founded Palermo Rhodes in 2011 after having spent 14 years with Nationally Recognized search firm Peterson Consulting Group in South Florida, the last 6 of which as Managing Partner of the firm’s Engineered Products and Consulting Engineering divisions.
Prior to joining Peterson Consulting Thom was a Beverage manager for Ocean Grill Inc., PGA National, and Disney Village properties.
Thom has been recognized as a top search consultant in both the industry he works and executive recruiting as a whole. He is a highly-skilled, tenacious, and professional executive recruiter with a deep connection in Engineered Products and Engineering Consulting.
In his spare time, Thom enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He is also an avid rugby player and, depending on the weather skis and surfs.
