Dimitri Piskapas
Dimitri Piskapas, Co-Founder, is instrumental to growing Palermo Rhodes. Prior to joining Palermo Rhodes he has opened and managed many successful upscale restaurants in DC and South Florida. Dimitri’s diverse background in hospitality has lead to his reputation for dealing with all levels of candidates and clients. “Yale or Jail” he can talk with them all.
When not helping to expand and grow Palermo Rhodes he enjoys spending time with family in Greece, traveling, and sports. Dimitri is an avid sports fan and is a huge supporter of the Orioles, the Capitals, and Washington football.
